Job summary

The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services is seeking a Clinical Social Worker (NS) for the Central Regional Hospital Child and Adolescent Unit. You will provide clinical case management to inpatients, offer individual and family interventions, psychoeducation, and may run groups.

Exempt from some HR Act provisions; required to report during weather events. Salary ranges from $52,592 to $92,036 with a possible $5,000 sign-on bonus, depending on budget.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited school of social work.
• Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina required.
• Traefs optional if licensure pending; trainee hiring possible with lower level alignment.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient psychiatric setting with clinical case management.
• Deliver individual and family clinical interventions and psychoeducation.
• Possibility to lead groups as needed.
