Job summary

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as Speech Language Pathologist is required.
• Certified CLS or completion within first 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates assigned patients and develops/implements/modifies treatment plans.
• Leads discipline-specific therapy services and directs other staff as needed.
• Designs functional programs to support return to community activities.
• Educates patients, families, students, co-workers and self.
• Coordinates treatment with other clinical/therapeutic services.
