Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks an Inpatient RN to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced, collaborative unit. This part-time role covers day shifts on a 24-bed unit with telemetry and complex inpatient needs, including respiratory, cardiac, renal, GI, or postoperative cases.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing activities, coordinate treatments and discharge planning, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required).
• Ability to perform assessments and provide direct patient care.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality improvement, and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing activities to meet patient and family needs.
• Coordinate care, including treatments, medications, diagnostics, and discharge planning.
• Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual aspects of patient care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Evaluate effectiveness of interventions and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Participate in quality, safety, and evidence-based practice initiatives.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and contribute to unit decision-making.
