Job summary
Baystate Health's Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA is seeking an inpatient Nurse Resident for the South Wing 6 Adult Surgical Unit. This role offers exposure to orthopedic, trauma, urology, spine, endocrine, bariatric, colorectal and thoracic patients in a fast-paced environment.
The Full-time night shift (7:00 pm–7:30 am) includes every-other-weekend and rotating holidays. Required ADN with MA RN license; CPR certification; BSN preferred.
Qualifications
- Licensed RN in Massachusetts (Board of Registration in Nursing)
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care on South Wing 6 Adult Surgical Unit.
- Develop critical thinking skills in a high-acuity surgical setting.
- Participate in orientation and ongoing education.
