Job summary

CARIN Alliance in Dallas seeks a Staff Nurse to provide expert, patient-centered nursing care in a fast-paced, technical environment. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver age-appropriate care and apply the nursing process across assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.

You must hold a Texas RN license with BLS, and either 12 months RN experience or Nurse Residency completion.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and Texas RN license.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Minimum 12 months RN experience or Nurse Residency completion.
• Knowledge of hospital policies and care standards.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver age-appropriate care.
• Apply nursing process for assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Ensure safe medication and IV administration.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and team members.
• Promote collaborative and therapeutic environment.
• Support hospital standards and quality care initiatives.
