Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing in Illinois or Michigan.
• BLS certification required prior to start date.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care coordination across the continuum in collaboration with a multidisciplinary care team.
• Care for patients in a 24/7 inpatient/ED setting and support overall wellness.
• Maintain professional disposition and promote best practices in patient care.
