Job summary

Winchester Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our Inpatient Services Team. You will perform assessments, administer medications, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with physicians to tailor care plans.

You will also educate patients and families to achieve optimal outcomes. Winchester Hospital is a 223-bed facility with Magnet-Designation and serves the northwest suburban Boston area.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Preferred: BSN strongly encouraged.
• Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient.
• Support and educate patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes.
