Qualifications

• Current unencumbered RN license in the state where practice occurs; multistate license acceptable if in an NLC state.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates patient care, assessment, education, triage and various other nursing interventions.
• Collaborates with physicians and colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Empathetically cares for patients during preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up.
• Demonstrates competency and uses comprehensive nursing expertise.
