Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with safety adherence.
• Document patient information accurately in medical records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to update care plans.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and families.
• Respond to emergencies and assist life-saving interventions.
• Ensure infection control standards and hospital policies are followed.
