Job summary

Qualifications

• Education - Associate degree in Nursing. Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience - One (1) year experience as a registered nurse.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical direction for patient care in acute inpatient setting.
• Collect data and complete nursing assessments using age-specific standards.
• Develop and update individualized care plans with patients and families.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to communicate changes and discharge planning.
• Provide direct care per established nursing plans and supervision as needed.
• Participate in quality improvement and documentation to support patient safety.
