Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience - One year experience as a registered nurse.
• In lieu of one (1) year of RN experience, Prisma Health Nurse Residency can be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients according to the nursing plan of care.
• Assess patient status and identify nursing priorities for the plan of care.
• Develop and update individual care plans with patient and family input.
• Communicate changes in the plan to the healthcare team.
• Set realistic goals and outcomes prior to discharge and document progress.
• Support patient safety and adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
