Job summary

Singing River Pascagoula Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse to provide patient care using the Nursing Process, ensuring health restoration and well-being for patients. The role requires Mississippi RN licensure, BCLS, and relevant certifications across specialties, with at least 1 year of inpatient experience.

The nurse reports to the Patient Care Manager and works with LPNs, patient care assistants, and unit technicians in a demanding hospital environment, upholding SRHS standards and patient

Qualifications

• Graduate from NLN School of Nursing.
• Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Mississippi.
• All RNs are required to complete and maintain BCLS certification upon hire and/or transfer.
• RNs working in specialty areas are required to complete and maintain certifications such as ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP as listed.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with MS Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards.
• Adhere to infection control guidelines and SRHS policies.
• Collaborate with care team and supervise LPNs, Patient Care Assistants, and Unit Technicians.
