Job summary

Azza HealthCare Agency seeks a full-time Inpatient Registered Nurse for a 24-bed advanced acute care unit. You will care for patients with telemetry, postoperative, and chronic conditions, delivering complex, evidence-based nursing care.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and participate in quality and safety initiatives in a fast-paced, policy-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Nursing Specialty Training Program (Required).
• Strong assessment and communication skills, teamwork, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to patient-centered care.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and evaluate nursing activities to meet patient needs, promoting safety and satisfaction.
• Address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patients and families.
• Develop and coordinate individualized care plans, including education and discharge planning.
• Deliver direct patient care, including medications, treatments, and diagnostics, and evaluate intervention effectiveness.
• Collaborate proactively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to resolve patient needs.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and participate in evidence-based practice decision-making.
• Participate actively in quality, safety, and team activities, contributing to organizational goals.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, supporting safety and compliance with policies and procedures.
