Job summary

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking an Inpatient Registered Nurse to provide high-quality inpatient care for hospitalized patients and guide them toward recovery and safe discharge.

You will assess needs, administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor patient conditions while collaborating with physicians to implement comprehensive care plans. Strong clinical skills and compassionate, patient-centered communication are essential to achieving optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current WA State RN license.
• One (1) year or more RN experience with acute care patients.
• CPR certification required every two years or per policy.
• Other certifications may be required for specialty areas.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing approved by the Washington State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to hospitalized patients.
• Assess patient needs, administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor patient conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop care plans.
