Job summary

Sanford Health in Bismarck, ND is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized care using the nursing process across Neuro and Med-Surg units. The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelors Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice is occurring; multistate licensure if in an NLC state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Work independently and with a team of motivated professionals to provide ongoing collaboration and learning.
• Support ongoing education and development with the Education team and strive for evidence-based practice.
