Job summary

Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Inpatient Rehabilitation Program. The unit provides CARF-accredited, stroke-certified rehabilitation care with diverse patient populations and a focus on education and functional independence.

The RN will work 36 hours weekly on a 12-hour night shift (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with benefits; candidates must possess Wisconsin RN licensure and BLS, and demonstrate strong teamwork and communication in a high-acuity rehab setting.

Qualifications

  • Must hold an accredited nursing program completion and RN license issued by the state of practice.
  • BLS for Healthcare Providers certification before or at hire.
  • Commitment to teamwork, communication, and continual professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
  • Utilize evidence-based practice and clinical decision making to support rehabilitation goals.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab team to reinforce therapy plans and educate patients.
