Job summary

Baptist Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Little Rock, AR seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive inpatient rehab care for adults recovering from strokes, brain and spinal cord injuries, and medically complex conditions.

The RN will complete assessments, develop and update individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with physicians, therapists and case managers in a faith-based, patient-centered culture

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Experience in inpatient rehab or medical-surgical settings preferred.
• Strong assessment, care planning, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor progress.
• Develop, update, and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document care and communicate with the care team in the EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and safety.
