Exalt Health, LLC. is seeking a Therapy Director in Daytona Beach to lead and oversee our therapy department. You will ensure high-quality patient care, supervise PT, OT, and SLP teams, and drive operational efficiency.

You will develop treatment plans, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with physicians and nurses to foster a patient-centered rehab program. A strong leadership record in inpatient rehabilitation is essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Allied Health Field required.
• 2 years of Inpatient Rehabilitation experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience within a Therapy Department required.
• Current, unencumbered license to practice Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology in the state.</br>
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to therapy teams (PT, OT, SLP).
• Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to department protocols, documentation standards, and ethics.
• Recruit, interview, and hire qualified therapists.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide professional development.
• Manage departmental budget and resources effectively.
• Maintain collaboration with physicians, nurses and healthcare professionals.
• Analyze department performance metrics and identify improvements.
• Stay up-to-date on rehabilitation medicine advancements.
