Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Temple, TX is seeking a Therapy Aide to join our inpatient facility on a per diem basis. You will work with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs under the supervision of licensed therapists in a fast-paced day rehab setting.

Duties include providing physical assistance with therapy activities, maintaining department equipment, helping with patient transport, and handling some administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• One or more years of hospital experience as therapy aide preferred.
• BLS Certification or completion within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical assistance with therapy interventions under licensed therapists.
• Maintain equipment and assist with patient transportation and related admin tasks.
