Trinity Health MI in Muskegon, MI is seeking a Rehabilitation Technician to support therapists in our inpatient rehabilitation facility. You will prepare treatment areas, assist with patient care, and help with the coordination of therapy sessions under site leadership.

Responsibilities include documenting data in the medical record, readiness of rooms, and assisting with patient transport and safety. A strong team mindset and adherence to care protocols are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must complete foundational courses in medical terminology within 30 days of hire.
• American Heart Association BLS Certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and cleans treatment areas, and obtains supplies.
• Assists patients, therapists, and assistants with therapy sessions.
• Reads patient charts and documents data into the EMR as appropriate.
• Readies patient rooms and coordinates patient flow using AIDET and patient identifiers.
• Assists with safe patient transport and transferring.
• Records vitals and participates in data collection as directed.
