You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with communication, cognitive-linguistic, and dysphagia disorders, developing evidence-based, individualized care plans.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team to support patient-centric recovery, educate families, and document outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' communication, cognitive-linguistic, and dysphagia disorders.
• Diagnose and treat speech-language and swallowing disorders with evidence-based approaches.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based care plans for each patient.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team to support recovery.
• Educate families about conditions, progress, and home care.
• Document patient outcomes and progress for quality assurance.
