Qualifications

• Must hold a current Texas RN license or compact state license.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Direct inpatient rehab experience; 1+ year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within RN scope in Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit.
• Utilize Nursing Process to plan and document patient care.
• Maintain documentation and ensure patient safety per National Patient Safety Goals.
• Collaborate with managers and hospital councils to improve patient outcomes.
