Encompass Health in Lenexa, KS invites you to join our rehabilitation team as a Registered Nurse. You will supervise care, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional rehab-focused care.

Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, collaborate across departments to coordinate care, and serve as a resource for staff while supporting recovery milestones in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• RN licensure valid per state regulations.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate their recovery.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by our patients.
