Baptist Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Little Rock, AR seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive inpatient rehab care for adults recovering from strokes, brain and spinal cord injuries, and medically complex conditions.

The RN will complete assessments, develop and update individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient progress, and collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and case managers.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arkansas.

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and case managers.
• Educate patients and families and document in EMR.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team conferences.
