Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Petersburg is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. You will supervise care, assess patients, and tailor plans to guide recovery in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Requirements include RN licensure, CPR, and preferably ACLS/CRRN, with about one year of rehab hospital experience. We offer a robust benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required; ACLS preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to support recovery.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for staff, supporting complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate patient victories and milestones during rehabilitation.
