Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care, coordinate and implement individualized rehab plans, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team.

You will monitor patient progress, educate patients and families, and ensure compliance with clinical standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Experience in inpatient rehab or acute care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Coordinate and implement individualized rehab plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed.
