Ernest Health, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (Full Time) for Lexington Regional Rehabilitation Hospital in Cayce, SC, serving the Columbia area with inpatient rehabilitation services.

The RN will provide professional nursing care, conduct assessments, and develop care plans in collaboration with physicians, therapists, and other staff to restore patients’ function and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of accredited Registered Nursing program required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree preferred.
• Current state license as a Registered Nurse required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• ACLS certification preferred in LTACH and Texas hospitals.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional nursing care to patients within assigned unit.
• Perform patient assessments, planning, supervising, interventions, and evaluations.
