Qualifications

• Current State Registered Nurse License required.
• CPR Certification required.
• ACLS certification preferred in LTACH and Texas hospitals.
• One year recent experience preferred; acute care setting preferred.
• Knowledge of infection control and wound care standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients within assigned unit.
• Conduct patient assessments, planning, supervising, interventions and evaluations.
• Coordinate with Physicians and Therapists to optimize patient outcomes.
• Uphold hospital policies and guidelines in daily practice.
