The role emphasizes direct patient care in a hospital setting, adherence to clinical standards, strong communication, and documentation of patient responses to therapy under supervision.

Qualifications

• Current and valid licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Basic Life Support/CPR Certification from an approved vendor.
• One year of direct patient care experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of a physical therapist, implement treatment plans with patients.
• Record patient responses to treatment and report outcomes to the supervising PT.
• Integrate the hospital's mission and guiding principles into daily practice.
