Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the United States.
• DPT or equivalent degree and state licensure.
• Experience providing inpatient or home-based rehabilitation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and determine individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based rehabilitative interventions to restore function.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team for patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on care plans.
