Community Rehabilitation Hospital West in New York State is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our inpatient rehab program. You’ll perform initial and ongoing patient assessments, establish a plan of care, and design individualized treatment to improve function and relieve pain.

You will supervise PT assistants and support staff, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and participate in ongoing professional growth through our comprehensive benefits and development

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state where the hospital is located.
• Inpatient rehab experience preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support/CPR Card.

Responsabilités

• Performs initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.
• Establishes a plan of care tailored to patient needs and goals.
• Plans and carries out individualized programs of physical treatment to improve function and relieve pain.
• Directs and supervises PT assistants, students, and support staff; delegates tasks and communicates clearly.
