Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an inpatient rehabilitation physical therapist to provide evidence-based care and develop individualized treatment plans. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers and other staff to optimize patient outcomes in an inpatient setting.

The role requires active licensure or eligibility, NBCOT and BLS certifications, and a commitment to ongoing education and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACOTE-approved occupational therapy program.
• Registered with NBCOT.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Providing therapy to diverse patient populations including neuro, trauma, and ortho cases.
• Participating in ongoing education and mentorship programs.
