Nealy Pierce is partnering with a non-profit hospital system near Savannah to hire a full-time Inpatient Rehab PT. The role centers on complex neurological rehabilitation in an acute inpatient setting, with a sustainable patient load and a mentorship-first culture led by senior IPR clinicians.

You'll work within a strong interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs in a recently updated clinical space. The package includes a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, merit increases, wellness bonus

Qualifications

• DPT or MPT degree from an accredited program with license active or pending in the state
• New grads with relevant IPR rotation welcome; experienced IPR PTs also considered
• Acute care inpatient PT experience or rotation preferred; strong communication with patients and families

Responsabilités

• Deliver inpatient neurological rehabilitation to a heavy neuro caseload (stroke, TBI, SCI, amputee rehab)
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PT/OT/SLP) to optimize patient outcomes
• Engage in mentorship-driven culture with senior IPR clinicians and participate in care planning

Position Highlights

• Open to new grads with an IPR rotation and experienced IPR clinicians
• Heavy neuro caseload: stroke, TBI, SCI, amputee rehab, multi-trauma
• Sign-on bonus (multi-year) plus relocation assistance, flight/hotel/car covered for interview
• PSLF eligible
• Sustainable load: 4-6 patients/day, 60-90 min sessions, ~6 contact hours/shift
• Advanced rehab tech, private rooms, 23 days PTO

Nealy Pierce is partnering with a non-profit hospital system within reach of the Savannah area to hire a full-time Inpatient Rehab PT. It's a permanent, hospital-based role built around complex neurological rehabilitation, a sustainable patient load, and a mentorship-first culture led by senior IPR clinicians. You'll work on a strong interdisciplinary team of experienced PTs, OTs, and SLPs in a recently updated clinical space. The sign-on can be redirected toward your loan servicer, and the package includes annual merit increases, a wellness bonus up to $500, a weekend differential, and an employer-contributed retirement plan. Qualified candidates are flown in for on-site interviews with flight, hotel, and rental car covered.

Qualifications & Requirements
