Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Franklin is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality inpatient rehabilitation and guide patients through their recovery journey.

In this role you will conduct assessments, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with a caring team in well-equipped therapy gyms supported by the latest technology, while pursuing professional growth within a nationwide post-acute care leader.

Formación

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsabilidades

• Providing direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.
• Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery.
• Celebrating every victory along the way.
