MercyOne Clive Rehabilitation Hospital, in partnership with Lifepoint Health, seeks an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our inpatient rehab team. You will evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving daily living skills.

This PRN role emphasizes collaboration with care teams, thorough documentation, and patient and caregiver education, while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Experience in inpatient rehab preferred.
• Current license to practice occupational therapy.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates patient conditions and develops individualized treatment plans.
• Provides therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' daily living skills.
• Documents treatment sessions and patient progress accurately and timely.
• Collaborates with other healthcare professionals and families on care planning.
• Educates patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment.
• Maintains compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
