Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients’ physical and functional status related to their medical diagnosis.
• Administers standard OT assessments reflecting current practice.
• Develops short- and long-term therapy goals and forms treatment plans.
• Maintains progress documentation and updates the physician and treatment team.
• Educates patients and families on therapies and use of devices.
• Mentors coworkers and participates in clinical instruction as needed.
