ARMStaffing seeks an Occupational Therapist for inpatient rehabilitation in Warwick, Rhode Island. Day shift, 8-hour shifts, 13-week contract with occasional weekend coverage.

You will assess patients, design individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions within an acute rehab setting. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document progress in Cerner, and may float to med-surg/acute care units as needed.

Formación

• Preferred experience in inpatient rehabilitation, acute care, or SNF settings.
• Current state license to practice Occupational Therapy is required.
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment outcomes in the EMR (Cerner).
• Possibly float to med-surg/acute care units as needed.
