Encompass Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, compassionate care within our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will provide direct patient therapy, assess and plan treatments, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support independence and improved quality of life.

Formación

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy.
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
