LCMC Health is seeking an Inpatient Rehab and Skilled Nurse to help restore functional ability and quality of life for patients after acute injuries or illnesses. You will contribute through compassionate, skilled care and collaboration with the care team to support timely home goals.

The role requires an active Louisiana nursing license and BLS-HCP certification, with day shifts and a strong emphasis on patient-centered, one-on-one attention and evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Valid license or temporary permit to practice professional nursing in Louisiana.
• American Heart Association BLS-HCP.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled nursing care for inpatients in rehabilitation settings.
• Assess and monitor patients, administer medications, and coordinate care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support recovery and discharge planning.
