Job summary

CoxHealth is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to collaborate with physicians in clinical decision-making, case management and evaluation of performance. The NP will provide advanced nursing care, perform exams, order diagnostics and prescribe therapies in a variety of healthcare settings.

Required: Missouri NP license and MS in Nursing; no prior experience required, though 1–2 years is preferred. Eligible candidates will join a team focused on safety, compassion, and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Masters of Science in Nursing.
• MO Nurse Practitioner license required.
• No prior experience required; 1–2 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• The NP works with a physician for clinical decision-making and case management.
• Provides advanced nursing care, exams, orders tests, develops treatment plans and prescribes therapies.
• Plans and coordinates medicine and health services in hospitals, clinics or similar settings.
