LewisGale Medical Center in Salem, VA, is seeking a Lead Patient Care Technician to join the nursing team. You will provide hands-on patient care, assist with procedures, mentor staff, and support growth of both new and experienced team members.

Key duties include assisting with ADLs, monitoring vital signs, documenting care, maintaining a safe environment, and facilitating effective communication within the care team. Prior experience at an HCA facility is required.

Qualifikationen

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• 1+ years of experience at an HCA facility.

Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Lead Patient Care Tech, you will be an integral part of the nursing team, delivering compassionate care that impacts patients' lives every day. You will provide hands-on patient care, assist with advanced procedures, and help guide and mentor and support the growth of new and experienced patient care tech staff.
