Sweetwater Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide and coordinate resident care in a clean, safe environment in Flagstaff, AZ. The role includes developing care plans, collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team, and documenting medication administration.

The nurse will diagnose, support residents, and supervise staff while adhering to state and facility regulations. Flexibility in hours and rehab experience are valued qualities.

Qualifications

• An active RN license.
• 1 year experience.
• Prior experience as an RN in a nursing community.
• The desire to care for residents and act with integrity.
• The ability to work flexible hours.
• Rehab Experience prefereed

Responsabilités

Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse include but are not limited to:
