Job summary
Serenity Bay Care in North Miami Beach, FL is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our inpatient team. You will deliver high-quality patient care, administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse license in Florida.
- 1 year of RN experience.
- Ability to adapt to changing patient needs.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Educate patients and families, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and policy development.
- Maintain accurate records compliant with regulatory standards.
