UHC United Hospital Center in Bridgeport, WV is seeking an RN Level I to deliver nursing care in an inpatient setting using the nursing process. You will apply clinical knowledge and independent judgment to achieve quality patient outcomes.

Minimum qualifications include an active RN license in the state or multi-state license, Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire, and at least one year of RN experience. A BSN is preferred; ongoing professional development is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Current RN license issued by the state or multi-state license through eNLC.
• Obtain Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire date.

Responsabilités

• Modifies patient plan of care based on data collection and patient needs.
• Uses evidence-based practice to provide patient care.
• Delegates according to scope of practice.
• Verifies the plan of care with interprofessional colleagues, patient, and caregiver(s).
• Provides education based on learning needs and family involvement.
• Promotes effective communication among interprofessional team members & healthcare consumers.
• Participates in continuing professional development.
