Job summary

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Certified BLS current.

Responsibilities

• Assist in data collection and initial evaluation per supervising PT.
• Implement therapy plan and delegated tasks.
• Progress treatment as patient status changes.
• Document care clearly and timely with proper cosignatures.
• Support patient education and home exercise programs.
• Coordinate with other services and attend clinical meetings.
• Manage caseload and assist with training/education programs.
