PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital of Covington in Allen, TX is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our inpatient team. The PTA will work under a Physical Therapist to plan and deliver individualized treatment programs for patients and contribute to service development.

Candidates should hold a PTA license in the state and current BLS certification; one year of clinical experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• PTA license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Preferred specialty certifications for Parkinson's Disease, Stroke and Vestibular.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care under the direction of the Physical Therapist.
• Plan and implement specific treatment programs for individual patients.
• Contribute to the development of services and adapt to facility needs.
