Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Reading is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide direct inpatient care, assess patients, and develop and adjust individualized rehabilitation plans.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families, monitor progress, and contribute to a caring environment focused on safe, measurable recovery. Comprehensive benefits and strong professional growth opportunities await.

Formación

• Current licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsabilidades

• Providing direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy.
• Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by taking the time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery.
• Celebrating every victory along the way.
