Job summary

Memorial Health in Springfield is seeking a dynamic Physical Therapist to join our inpatient team. You will evaluate and treat patients across ages, coordinate with physicians, and advance skills through our clinical ladder program.

This full-time role offers a sign-on bonus and a schedule with days shifts. Must hold a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, IL license (or ATT with license pending), and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy (or entry level equivalent) and IL license or license pending with ATT.
• CPR certification required.
• Strong knowledge of PT practices and patient care protocols.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with a wide variety of impairments.
• Coordinate care with physicians and PT team.
• Maintain records and communicate effectively with patients and staff.
• Contribute to ongoing clinical ladder development and skill advancement.
