Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and functional abilities.
• Provide physical therapy services across various inpatient settings.
• Initiate and complete evaluations and treatment plans at the patient’s first appointment.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Provide therapeutic exercise programs and patient/family education for safe mobility.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation within 24 hours of each visit.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians and nurses for optimal outcomes.
