Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for inpatient rehab. The position offers a traditional Monday-Friday schedule with one required weekend shift per month and 40 hours per week.

The team cares for medically complex patients including stroke, brain injury, SCI, orthopedic and cardiopulmonary conditions. Strong neurological rehab skills are preferred, and new graduates with inpatient rehab experience are welcome.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• BLS certification or completion within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and develops/implements treatment plans.
• Delegates and directs therapy services for assigned patients.
• Designs functional programs enabling return to community activities.
• Educates patients, families, and staff; participates in program delivery.
